Making the decision to seek Counseling is not always easy. In fact, it is quite brave! Friederike strives to support your pathway to success, through providing coping skills, and assistance in identifying and replacing unhealthy thought patterns and self-limiting beliefs. Each 55 minute Therapy session is designed to identify and remove barriers keeping you stuck, and connect you with your innate ability to heal and flourish.
